‘Ajvar’ is a traditional Balkan relish rich in flavour. Using very specific red peppers, grown only in the eco-sustainable Balkan agricultural region, the selected peppers are slow-roasted for an intense and delicious taste. This variety has added tomato and spices. This all-natural spread has a little sunflower oil, a dash of vinegar and a little salt. Nothing else added, nothing taken away. This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
