Award winning hot kiln roasted smoked salmon, completely hand produced. We raise the temperature in the kiln as we smoke whole sides of salmon with beech wood for a gentle and delicious smokey flavour and carefully top them with our own recipe pepper crust. This method gently cooks the fish as it smokes, then we remove it from the smoker before it begins to dry to allow us to retain the perfect level of moisture in the fish. We then portion it in to succulent, ready to eat, steaks and package them by hand. Our responsibly sourced Scottish salmon is treated with utmost care to maintain its delicate texture. Perfect with eggs for breakfast or as a starter, canapes, or sandwich filler as you can keep it whole or spread it out. Our 180-200g portion will provide two generous and delicious servings.
